It's incredibly frustrating to be in financial trouble because of having spent money to help someone else out.

Actually, it's incredibly frustrating to be in financial trouble, regardless. Especially given that my parents are going to have to bail me out, which they can't really afford. I mean, they can, but it will make things tight for a month or two. Besides which, my dad constantly feels like there's not enough money on hand, which isn't necessarily true, it's just a thing he's constantly anxious about. Given that, saying "hey, parents, by the way, I need you to front me $500" is really low on the list of things I want to do.

I need to find a job. I'm looking, but these things take time. In the meantime, there's a whole ton of unpleasant conversations that need to be had with hostile people. Meh.

Meh meh meh meh.
